Need help with lift setup.

Hey guys I'm new here and looking through this forum, I've decided to start modding my 4runner.

I have a 02 limited 2wd. Just looking to get it lifted and get a set of wheels and tires. I'm looking to lift it about 3 inches. Looking for a nice set up without breaking the bank.

I've searched and still clueless on where to start. Thanks!
