Need Help With O2 Sensor!!!!!!!!

I have a 1999 Toyota 4runner and I'm having a really hard time trying to take off the O2 sensor. I was able to take off the end with nuts but I can't seem to take out the switch part. This O2 sensor is the one by the exhaust. Is there a trick to taking off the O2 sensor?

any hints, I've gotta change mine withen the next week or so. I've got a '99 as well.
