Need help with part name

So, I got my new clutch installed but still couldn't get it to work. I replaced the slave and it was moving the fork about a half an inch. Since it was able to push on it, just not with enough movement, I replaced the master as well.

Here is the problem. While digging around under the actual clutch pedal trying to tighten it up, I saw that the little bracket piece was broken and was not pushing right. I need to replace this bracket but none of the auto parts stores carry it. I called the dealer and he was trying to sell me the clevis that is at the end of the master cylinder.

Does anyone know the name of the little bracket that is under the clutch???

pedal assembly bracket...?

Can you just have it welded?

Edit... I googled it.. This is for a t100, but should be the same.

55107-34030 "Support sub-Assy" (this is the bracket) $68.82
55113-34010 "plate, clutch ped" (backing plate) $6.24
Also on this same invoice:
the two little round bushings that either end of the clucth pedal return spring sit in 90386-04009 $2.16 each

A picture would make this so much simpler. I went home to get on, and realized that my buddy that took the clutch pedal also took the bracket. FML.

The piece that I am looking for is not in that picture, but the push rod that is in that pic is what is connected to the bracket. I believe that it is in the same spot where the spring goes under the pedal.
