need help with plug wires layout

so if im standing looking at my motor from the radiator side it will be laid out as follows 5 6
3 4
1 2
dashboard
and they connect to each other 1-4 3-6 2-5 that is what i have gathered in the past 3 hours of searching someone please give me a good clue as to how this is supposed to work if this is the case my wires have been wrong for the longest time
