Need help with supercharger tuning

hey, i bought a 98 4runner supercharged from ca. It ran much better in ca and mpg dropped about 3-4. PO said i have to tune for different altitude.
Someone in New England who can help or recommend a shop.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.
