So I wet muddin the other day and noticed that when I put it in 4WD the front passenger side was making a clicking sound and a rumbiling noise and only does it when it's in 4wd I am thinking its the cv axle just wondering what your causes thoughts are before I buy a 200 cv axle thanks

Don't know if this is any help ....

After hitting some rocks (BOULDERS!) I was hearing a racket/rumble from the transfer case area. Thinking the worst I took a look underneath, and found the armor guarding the U-Joint had been bent to where the U-Joint was rubbing. That was the cause of the noise, and luckily an easy fix.

Could be something similar - look carefully for anything rubbing.
