Need helping purchasing a 98 4runner

Hi im new to this forum and was wondering if I could have some help from the best. I have found a 1998 toyota 4 runner in Portland Or. It is an sr5, V6, 5 speed, 4x4, with 127,000 miles. the asking price is 5600. what should i look for when i go to look at the 4 runner. or is there anyone in the area that would be willing to help me out and take a look at the engine and axles to see if it is a solid rig? Thanks for the help. i hope i get it to become part of a great community and start my projects on it. thanks
