Need massive help on 4th gen

So I've been mudding super hard but I haven't swamped it. But I've been through a lot. I have a 2005 sr5 2wd . I have it lifted with 35s so don't doubt my little 2wd. But my check engine light is on and my vsc trac light is on and a car with curves light is on.... I need help sorry newb question ... It's making a squeaking sound when tires turn over... Anybody know what wrong

Whenever you do go out and put her through some thick, wet mud, always make sure you give it a VERY good cleaning to ensure any and all residual mud is cleaned off. It isn't good for mud to dry on your paint or any of the under-carriage. It could be a sensor of some sort, which is appears that it is.

Maybe try to give it another good thorough cleaning!

This is a ridiculous question. Any question or statement that starts with "so, I have been muddin super hard" should be immediately be followed with a "well there is your problem".

Seriously. Mudding is awesome, but it brakes **** ALL over the place. How in gods green earth do you expect people on the internet to have any clue what you did?

I mean. I have been enjoying the super bowl via some whiskey, but seriously. You went "hardcore" mudding. Cool. That has a slight tendency to clog/break/corrode/F with stuff.


I want to second the previous statement. You could have simply sheered off a sensor with thick clay. It will do that. Check your ABS sensors to start..

Electronics these days are a mixed blessing. More **** to go wrong. Only two things ive changed on the 94 antenna & u joint
 
I agree it could be and probably is something with your abs sensors. but don't jump to conclusions. just pull the codes and follow trubleshooting procedures. If it is your sensors. the codes will help direct you to the correct wheel to look at first.

just stretching the wheel sensor wire/s will leave no visible damage at all but will pull apart the conductors inside
 
If you look at your owners manual it'll tell you that whenever the Check-engine light is on..then it disables Traction Control.

Get the Check Engine light read to determine what the problem is. Fix that and the vsc track light will go off.

thanks for the help guys i just washed it really good a coupe times and it was fine.
 
Time to go to a shop with diagnostic equipment and to part with a few bucks. Super looking truck though!

My baby 2wd gets me through everything I need too.. And will go the same places the big 4wd trucks will
