Need new breaks and rotors?

25k a year of lots of freeway and stop and go.

My Tacoma did the same think with the breaks 60k on those and had to replace both.

OEM. My pads lasted close to 100k on mixed driving. When I replaced them, I did the rotors as well. They weren't warped, but I figured 100k of wear definately took some mass off and wanted to be safe. Took me about 2 hours.

My two trucks (not Toyota) had horrible OEM brakes. Went EBC yellow on one and Powerstop on the other.

That being said, those trucks had marginal brakes from the factory. Many people swear by the Toyota OEM brakes and I feel they are pretty decent. Now if I did Mountains or a bunch of towing I may consider trying a drilled, dimpled, or slotted rotor and a different pad but I'll probably stick with OEM.
