helping out a friend who is overseas install his icon suspension and the shop called me that the bracket holding the reservoir has issues. the issue is that the bolt icon sent is coarse thread and that the vehicle is fine thread. I'm not sure what to do as the installer told me he looked for the bolt locally and he couldn't source it.

Installer is telling this black spacer goes in in between the frame and the sway bar but the bolt is coarse and the vehicle hole is fine thread.

That's what I told them but he said the oem bolt head was too large and doesn't fit in the hole and would be sticking out.

They're telling me that that black bolt is what goes in but they said the thread is coarse vs fine and won't fit.

Bolt holding reservoir?

What you are showing in the pic is the sway bar relocation bracket. I don't remember the thread size.. but they may have sent the wrong ones.... Mine fit....

Worse case.. Just run the swaybar without the relocation bracket until you get get the bolts. It's no big deal without them. Just a little clanking....
