Need radiator

I have a 1995 4Runner v6 Limited. For some reason the coolant always looks rusted and sort of like mud. I have flushed the radiator twice and it still has those rusty color slush in it. So, I'm looking for a new radiator to replace the current one. I found this one on eBay. Will it fit on my model and trim? What else should I look for when looking to buy a radiator? What else would I consider buying in addition to the radiator? I saw some radiator advertized as the tank being plastic. Should I be concern about this?

Okay, as I was searching for a radiator, I found something else that I did not know before. What's the difference or advantage/disadvantage of plastic tank with aluminum core versus copper/brass core and 1 row versus 3 rows? My vehicle is a '95 model so, what do you guys recommend I should buy?
