need SAS help for 87

i already know what im getting,
im buying the TG kit,
going to get axle and Drive shaft from a 85 or older
but what im asking now is, am i going to need to lift the rear for it to be even?
im going with 5" springs on the kit, i know i need a 1" difference in the back. so i will have to buy new springs, right?
summary: will i need to buy a rear lift? or can i just but the springs for the rear?

What size tire are you planing on running? Have you thought about gearing/lockers for the axles?

And yes, 35s will fit with just a 3"bl.

You need to do some serious research to figure out what you want/need.
And I don't mean asking everyone else what they think you should do, that's not research.
The next question is do you have the skills and tools to cut/grind/weld?
Are you going to fab any of the parts or buy everything ?
Are you going to do the work or pay someone?
One last question, why the SAS?

This. Id invest in gearing/lockers/armor before the SAS. The toyota IFS is pretty capable. Learn to wheel your truck before you spend tons of time and money building it the wrong way.
i have the skills
buying everything.
i will be doing it with the help of friends.
and i could be wrong, but this forum is for helping people and getting help. i am asking all the necessary questions.
i have got lockers and 4:56 gearing.
you seem to be the only one who can answer my question without telling me what is right for me, or answering it with another question. thanks.

Youd be surprised how capable your rig is right now. Add some t-case gears and some armor and your pretty well off.

Watch local classifieds for that axle. Its cheaper buying an already assembled axle that some one is parting out vs buying everything new...
it is very capable of doing the smaller trails around my area, but im looking to go a little more extreme.

It just seems more like you're asking everyone What you should do.
That's just going to get you a bunch of conflicting opinions and likely make things more confusing.
And fwiw, I'd go marlin or all pro before trail gear.
