Need Service and Parts for 4Runner in Saudi Arabia

Hi,
I shipped my 06 4Runner from Texas to Saudi Arabia and am exacerbated & shocked to find that the local dealers do not support:
a. 4Runner model as it is not offered in this part of the world
b. Not sold locally

I need some ideas on models from the local market (Fortunner, Prado, FJ, and Cruiser) that offer spare parts compatibility (brakes, timing belt, etc ...normal preventive maintenance stuff). Other than that I need to find local service centers that can perform normal maintenance.

My only hope at this time is that I am not forced to import parts from overseas which would ofcourse make the decision to import the SUV questionable!

Appreciate any and all assistance.

PS: There is no sub forum for Saudi Arabia for me to post it over there as well.

That was a really bad idea..anyway the Surf is the most similar model sold overseas. Prado brakes should work.

Most everything you may need for your 4Runner is common to the FJ Cruiser.

This will include engine, transmission, axles, suspension, differential, steering rack, manifolds, Y pipe, and on and on and on.

Aside from body and interior parts I think you will be fine.

If you do get really jammed up, let me know and I will see what I can do to help. I ship to that region pretty much every day.

Thanks Gadget. Appreciate your tips. Is there a specific FJ model (year) that is compatible with my 2006 4Runner? Right now I just need basic preventive maintenance parts ATM Filters/Gaskets.. etc. BTW how much do you charge for shipping to this region..ballpark.

2007-2009 fj. Also if they sell anything for the hilux and hilux surf they will fit your truck. do you have the V6 or the V8? only the V8 has the timing belt
