Need some input on wiring for accessories

Hey all, I've never been great with wiring and electrical work so I wanted to run this wiring diagram past you guys to get some input on my plans. I'm building my rig for mild overlanding, and I think this will fit my needs. Does 3 fuse panels seem excessive? I currently have some lighting and the CB wired right to the battery with In-line fuses and it's a mess. Let me know of anything you might do differently.
