Need some wiring advice

So I have a 2014 Trail and this is pretty much my first attempt at wiring anything in my vehicle.

I have a Bussmann RTMR and I'm trying to run everything off it if I can. This is currently how it is set up:

The switches I have are Contura V ones that I got from OTRATTW and they are wired like so:

and then connected to the fuse block via this cable:

So my issue is figuring out which fuse to tap into in my stock fuse box and what wires I would tap into to illuminate my switches. I need to tap into any switch lamp that is controlled via dash light rheostat. One will supply power and one would be the ground to the lower independent LED of the switches, which will be dimmable.

From searching around, it looks like I can tap into the wiper warmer switch green wire for power and the grey wire for ground. Would this be the route I need to go in order to light up my switches? I would be eternally grateful for any help or advice that anyone could give me. I will be the first to say that I am very ignorant when it comes to wiring and wiring diagrams. I do IT in the military, but when it comes to electrical it feels like it might as well be another language. Thank you.

(Disclaimer: The pics used are not of my equipment, but they are from the write-up that I used to build everything.)
