Hi members. I have had a 99 4 runner ltd since 99. Bought new, gave it to my son and bought it back recently. I need some advice about trouble shooting the steering. I had an AB out of province inspection and the big steering part replaced that circulates steering fluid. (Pardon my poor terminology). That was summer of 2014. Now Dec 14 it suddenly started getting very jerky only when I turn the steering wheel extreme left/rt, for example when parallel parking. since I don't totally trust all mechanics, can anyone tell me what it might be? it sits for months at a time since it is my Vancouver vehicle and I'm not here all the time. thanks heaps. I really want to keep this beloved 4 runner for a while yet.
