A "better suggestion" will depend a lot on how you use your vehicle. If you liked the stock tires and they met all of your needs, then replacement with the same tires will likely be the way to go. However, if there was some manner in which you were dissatisfied with the OEM rubber (tread life, harshness, snow or off road capabilities, etc), tell us what you would like improved to get meaningful suggestions.

well, tires are all about your usage, if you stay on the road 99% of the time an AT may not be the right choice for you (although it will add to your coolness factor).
Do you need a road tire? an AT? a MT? Or anything in between? Do you need good snow tires with winter approaching? Do you change out your tires with the seasons?

Sometimes you can find practically new oem tires in the 5th gen for sale section at good prices. If you can find some close to your home it may be ok but shipping would be to expensive otherwise.
Take a look at the Nitto 265/60 R20 tires. I just priced them here locally for $239. They will fit the stock rims with no issues. I am in the same boat with my 2013 and they are what I will be buying.
I would like to know if anyone else has them and how they have done. My tire guy says they are one of his best selling tires.

thanks for all the responses. We drive mostly on the road but do need something good in the snow. The snow traction was the only fault with OEM tires that I would like to improve. I am even thinking about getting actual snow tires for the winter and then a different set for the rest of the year.
With that in mind, does someone have a suggestion on a year round tire that will be good in the snow and will be driven on the road most of the time?
Alternatively, if I go snow tires, i am interested in a good summer street tire.

Hankook Dynapro ATM is a very well rated high mileage tire that also does decently in the snow. However, true winter tires are far superior in tread design and compound compared to any all weather tire. True winter tires do not have the high mileage rating because of softer compounds - but they're safer and more effective snow and ice tires.
I run Hankook Dynapro ATMs in the summer, and the Hankook iPike in the winters. I live in Colorado and range between highway commutes to the airport, to high country ski trips, to county roads that are not plowed in the winter, and I'm very happy with that set up. The Dynapros are not a high ply tire however, and if I spent significantly more time off-road I would go with a different tire. Bridgestone Blizzak is also an excellent winter tire, however due to the compound you're probably looking at a maximum of 15,000 miles out of them, but probably closer to 10k.
You ultimately have a decision to make about how secure you want to be in winter driving and how often you will really utilize the benefits of a winter tire. If you feel your 4WD is sufficient for your winter driving, then look for a highly rated all season tire.
