Need to ID a part to replace - Rear Power Bezel

Hi guys! I'm looking to replace the plastic bezel for the rear power outlet. The flap for the square 120v plug broke off today and it's annoying me! If anyone can identify the part id for me or let me know their experience with this I'd appreciate it.

I'm doing a lot of research online about this part number, can't find any pictures. All the descriptions are pretty vague. I did not come up with this item when I was doing some extensive searching through part lists myself, so it could be what I need. However, since the cost is so low, I'm afraid it's just the 12v cigarette liter bezel

If you look at the diagram in the upper right hand corner, it breaks down each piece of the displayed part by part number and it's easy to pin point which part I need! This is amazing! I love Toyota.

My new-to-me 5th gen has a broken power point cover on the rear of the center console as well, does anyone know how to replace this part? Does it just pull out of the center console, push & twist, what's the move?

Update: I ended up prying the metal insert out of the cover assembly, then with the tension released you can slide the plastic cover assemblyout of the center console. In retrospect, it would probably be easiest to get the metal insert free, remove the nut holding the wiring to it so you can slide the cover assembly off/on, then reassemble in reverse order, putting the cover assembly back in the center console, then reconnecting the wiring, and sliding the metal insert back into the cover assembly.
