Needing some help with Toytec/Eibach & 5100 install..please!

I am trying to put the Toytec/Eibach springs with Tundra Bilsteins (5 perch) on my 97 4Runner. I purchased new top hats (Monroe 904900) so I didn't have to mess with using the old ones. I got the spring completely installed on the second perch and was about to put them on the truck and noticed the washer on the inside of spring was loose. The top nut is tight and top bushing is compressed, bottom bushing that came installed in new top hat has about a 1/4" gap between it and the bottom concave washer. I cant for the life of me figure out why, I took it apart and everything is on correct. I'm not sure what isn't matching up here. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks ...Tanner

I can't help but this is for a bump, Plus I know pictures are king. So I would say try to snap a couple pic's

Just figured it out it's the spacer that the dust boot provides I took it out of the dust boot and everything is good!
