Negative camber on '99 4Runner

The front camber on my 99 is looking a bit wonky with slight positive camber (tires leaning out). It's all stock with what appears to be all original components, including the shocks.
The dealer from where I bought claimed to have done an alignment check as part of the pre-sale inspection, but I'm sure it was nothing more than a "toe & go".
It tracks fine, but the outside edges of the front tires seem to be wearing quickly.
I've replaced the lower ball joints as a precautionary measure, and visual inspection of the control arm bushings doesn't reveal any extreme wear or deformation. Everything feels tight, so I don't feel a suspension rebuild is in order.
I've got an appointment to get the alignment checked at a local shop, but I'm wondering what would have caused the camber to apparently shift. Do 4Runners just settle this way with age, or is there something amiss.

OE specs for front camber are -0.6* to +0.9*, so the front tires could look a bit 'leaned out' and still technically be ok. I'd agree that the alignment was probably a toe-and-go though.... Bad caster can also do some funky things to tire wear.

I'd say it is time for an alignment from a place that will give you a before and after printout. Aim for 0 camber and top of the range caster. Before you go, make sure all 4 alignment cams up front are free to rotate before heading out...

I checked the factory spec, and it showed zero. I'm going to guess it's more than a degree out.
Fortunately, mine is a southern rust-free vehicle, and the bolts look fine. They aren't maxed out either.
