New 2015 T4R LE - Question on which switches light up

We just picked up our new 4Runner on Saturday, a Black on Redwood Limited Edition. This is our first 4Runner and so far we absolutely love it. Driving it home in the dark I noticed a number of the interior switches don't light up. I did a search on here and figured out the sunroof, 4wd dial and rear window switches are supposed to be that way, but what about the passenger door lock buttons, the power mirror switches, 120v switch, dimmer dial and seat memory switches? The drivers door lock switch has one light on the unlock part of the switch but thats it. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? Thanks in advance.

Sounds about right to me. That's pretty normal for Toyota.

My buddy just got a 15 LE and he Homelink switches do not illuminate either

that seems odd, I could have swore my homelink numbers 1-3 light up.

My 3 homelink buttons, atrac, trac control and off road buttons/dials all illuminate however the sunroof buttons do not. My mirror control, 120v button and dimmer switch on the left of my steering wheel do not illuminate. Rear window button does not illuminate either on center console. But everything else does.

btw... mine is a TP not a LE... but I think my previous LE was the same.

yeah those same buttons on the LE don't light up also if I remember correctly. personally I don't mind not having a light in them. 1 less bulb to replace.

most of the time lowering the back window will be during the day light hours anyway, moot point.

sunroof, it would have been nice to have those lit up.

driver window buttons but kinda moot point since they sit up on the door sill, cant really see them even if there were lit up.
