New 4R - defective paint

I am still enroute to New Jersey, but found an internet connection.

With regards to using a heat gun, first thing is first - I HAVE to take my 4R to the dealer FIRST. That way, they can't say that I did anything to it.

I should arrive in NJ this Sat. or Sunday. I am not familiar with the area, so I will need to find a local Toyota Dealership.

As far as the little rust spots are concerned, I am somewhat relieved to hear that use of a "clay bar" will remove them. Can anyone tell me from where I can purchase a "clay bar?"

UPDATE....

I finally arrived in NJ this past weekend. Yesterday I took my 4R to a dealership to get the oil changed (first change at about 2,200 miles for break-in), and for the botches in the paint.

The manager told me that it was from a bad buffing from the wheel spin buffer. He took the truck over to their body shop and guess what?....They buffed out all of those horrible botches!!!

BOY WAS I HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You asked about where to buy a clay bar...you can get them at Griot's or Zaino's when you order polish and wax, or you can get them in the auto parts stores. Well worth the money and effort.
