hello all, I just bought a 95 4runner the other day v6, 4wd, 5spd.
It is currently giving me a check engine code 52, which I found out is the knock sensor. I'm just trying to see if I can get a little more insight about going to fix this.
The code doesn't show up upon start up and only after I begin to drive, after that it stays on until I turn it off. I can tell there is some sort of engine vibration as I accelerate especially at higher rpms and while cruising at highway speed. It also doesn't seem to be running at full power. I am getting horrible gas mileage also, around 12mpg highway.
