New and have questions

First of all I was searching some of the forums for a problem I'm having and decided instead of just lurking around that i would sign up. Seems to be alot of useful information i can use later down the road. That being said i just picked up a 2007 4runner sr5 and i love it. Runs really well but ive come into a few problems.

The rear defrost doesn't work ( light doesn't light up when pressed )
Console rear window switch doesn't work.. Didn't work when first bought but didn't realize until i got home. The key in the hatch trick worked until today i had the window down and attempted to search through every fuse in the engine bay and under the dash. Car turned off , but window down. Now after that i attempt to roll it up with the key and nothing happens. I don't hear anything coming from the hatch area except 1 beep and unlocking/locking of doors/hatch.

I rechecked all the fuses to make sure i didn't place one in the wrong socket and to make sure i didn't blow one.. Nothing.. The radio doesn't power on either although its aftermarket and never has worked so may be just bad. Not positive if that's relative.

I love the car so far but the window being stuck down isn't good. I cant even call the dealership until Tuesday because there closed for memorial day.

Check the window lock switch on the driver door. Happened to me and my rear window got "stuck" down took me some swearing and i finally found the window lockout switch was depressed.

I checked that.. All the other windows work fine and have since I bought it, but nothing else works.. Its fully open and the car knows that It's open because the wiper doesn't work. I tried putting the wiper back in the docking place and still nothing. I figured maybe its because i pulled all the fuses while the window was down. But even if that is the reason i have no idea how to fix it or why it would do that.

I guess at this point it's time to take things apart. There is a rear ECU for the rear door in the panel. Some people have had success unplugging and plugging it back in, But I guess pulling the power to the whole car should reset it as well. You may need a new one of those rear ECU's.

Pulled the dash apart a little just to see. Somebody when installing the radio I suppose. Didn't plug the rear window switch back in! All works again and I'm good to go. Now time to start modding.
