Don't put the light bar below front bumper. That looks like an ARB bumper.
I love this forum so much [emoji23][emoji129]
What I do not love is light bars.
Lighting, in order of importance to me-
1) HID Projector Retrofit
2) Quality LED driving beam pods
3) Amber LED running/fog pods- also driving beam
I hate lights in my eyes, and I hate shining my lights in other's eyes.
A good Retrofit will be much more satisfying than a light bar. The Morimoto D2S 4.0 have an insane low AND high beam output.
Why go with Rigid D2 style fog lights and mount them where I have mine mounted, on the top plate of the bumper. Btw are you considering amber?

ThisBuy once, cry once
And this.I agree, buy once cry once. Buy quality
I do like those PIAA 4". I'd like to see a side by side comparison of their halogen 4" yellow. Like I said earlier, I have yet to see an LED that can really hang with a halogen or HID projector when it comes to throwing light.
Agreed, the 3.5" PIAAs I linked are LED
What part number are yall running? Brian has D2s, Scramble?
Living in your area I'd be most concerned about smoke vs fog. Those fires look crazy.possibly reflect back at me while driving in heavy fog - we get that, as you know.
Well, time for me to join the party! My ARB Bumper came on Monday, I will install it soon but I'm also looking for a good fog light option.
I'm looking for quality stuff, because as said before, buy once cry once.
I share Mike's concern about the fact that mounting the lights on top of the bumper (under central hoop) might not be super effective when it comes to fog. So this post is very interesting.
I'm looking at the PIAA 520 Ion Yellow Fog Halogen Lamp Kit, your input is welcome![]()
Stupid question but can you legally run these on the roads, and will it be fine for drivers on the other side of the road too?
You think the yellow fog, in their halogen version, would potentially get you a ticket?
