Based on the Facebook post by ARB USA, it looks like a new bumper is ready for 5th gen. You can see it on the left side of the photo.

Got this back in June
I was forwarded your question. I apologize for the delay in getting an answer to you. Are you looking at this for a personal vehicle? We do have plans for the 5th GEN Bull Bar. They have done a measuring session and have fit reports for the new modifications. I do not have a timeline on actual modification/production for it though. It should be ready toward the end of the year.

Have a great day.

I can confirm this - I have a contact at the east coast ARB fufillment whose stating they just got 2 new 4runners that they will be bolting up a lot of equipment to very soon. They specifically mentioned a new bumper for the 14+ models

I plan on checking them out next month.

I would love a less is more approach to a front bumper. All but one of the front bumpers I've seen looks pretty gawdy. Just my opinion.

Just know that my '10-'13 ARB sticks out a lot. I bulldozed and attempted to carve rock in Moab. Love the bumper but it has approach angle issues. I'm happy with it, but that is a limitation. No bumper is perfect and it becomes personal preference.

Not a fan of the ARB on the previous gen 5th gen, wonder how this one will look. Might have to do a lot of trimming.

I'd imagine it's the same bumper as the '10-13 with updated plastic-trimming instructions.

I spoke with ARB yesterday referencing a roof rack question, I brought up this thread and picture, he confirmed it was basically the same but "how much hacking of the OEM bumper was the difference".

Scuttlebutt from my contact says they're adapting how the wings interface with the remaining part of the bumper and raising the bar up a bit higher to clear the headlight beams.

This jives with earlier information (approximately a month ago) that said there would be no changes, just updated cutting instructions.

These changes have gone out today/will go out this week to ARB-AUS so production can begin.

Of course, grain of salt and all that.

I agree re approach angle. Scrape mine when approaching ledges. Still love the bumper, but a design improvement would be to increase approach angle.
