Anyone try the TRD 4runner pads?

I have my TRD pads in-hand, just need to get them installed. I'll likely have them installed in the next couple of weeks. Will let you know how they turn out.

I'm currently running the original rotors and pads w/~65k miles. I'm not planning on swapping rotors, as there's nothing wrong with them.

Things like slotted rotors...really won't stop you better...And may in fact stop you worse. They are used in race cars because of the extreme speeds and temps the rotors could reach without them. When was the last time you took your rig up to 200mph??? For every day driving..they aren't worth it.

I'm kinda with you on the slotted rotors. They may help you stop faster but IMO they lead to faster pad wear and they're prone to cracking. I'll stick with solid rotors for the foreseeable future.
