New Broncos

Hasn't that 2.7 ecoboost been around for a number of years in the F150?
Why would it fail in bronco?
That should be the most well sorted aspect.
Saw one media report of engine failure at like 500 miles.
I thought the same with the 2.7L Ecoboost. I'm not sure if they're using the exact same motor but the issues were due to faulty valves which are causing the failures.

Won't matter in 2023, Ford has stated that no new orders of 23's will be allowed. They are going to give all 23' order slots to current reservation holders to try and catch up.

I have not followed but I drove one because I want to know :)

It felt like a proper family SUV compared to Wrangler until...took it on interstate.

Hard top. Unbearably noisy in wind. Like, no way. I cannot possibly imagine travelling in this for any distance beyond the THs around town.

So, to me, it is still a toy. Roomier and IFS so better than Wrangler on road but still a toy.

It is not really a 4Runner competitor though it would smoke me in bigger rocks, no problem.

I would buy a Bronco if it was made by Toyota and then they the named it a FJ Cruiser . . The vehicle looks cool but I am leary of the motor and drive train.

Off roading the other day I came up on a Jeep and the guy initially thought my 4R was a new Bronco. He said he has yet to see one off roading, I told him I hadn't seen any ether.
I told him it was probably because they would break off roading and we laughed and laughed.

People don't like to keep junk.
