For the no drill option is that something I would specify in the notes along with the paint color? Also if I opt for the no drill are there still spots where I could drill if I want to in the future?

The no drill is something a customer did, it's the same spoiler, but you just wouldn't use the included bolts. He used high strength emblem tape.
