Did you drill the pillar when you installed your snorkel? I've seen a few Tacomas with snorkels, but they opted not to drill the pillar.

I did and would never use the double sided tape method. Your snorkel is going to get caught in branches like it or not. You need the extra reinforcement

I did. I have no plans to sell/no doubt of my ability to sell with the snorkel installed.

I'm sure using a strong double sided tape wouldn't be the end of the world tho. Again tho I live in an extreme climate with a lot of heavy brush on trails so I opted for hard mounting.
