New Demello bumper in the works?!

We will be working on it very soon. We changed a few things on the slider brackets last week. And we started working on a washer bottle relocation at the same time.
The bumper pieces are here. Once we have a vacant spot in the shop we will tear into the front end. YOu guys will get spy pics first.

Got an email from Jason that this is about done and they will be taking orders on the steel bumpers here shortly. They will also be starting to test the Aluminum bumpers some time in the not so distant future as well. I don't want to give the dates he gave me but I think we will see these here soon enough.:madgrin:

Gotta agree it looks really tight but it is still in the testing phase so I am sure they will iron that out.

I have nothing but faith in their products... and it probably IS the angle of the pic.
That's just for tacking purposes there is a a gap now.

The piece in the grill closes to the bumper in the center will be removed in favor of a light bar mount and or possible factory grill mesh being cut to fit.

Very Nice, in time I hope more photos of the single hoop are posted. Has anyone installed this style of front bumper and chose to cut up the stock bumper instead of using filler pieces? I assume mounting points are still there for the stock pieces if you went that route, with the fish gills it may look a little weird but all the filler pieces have yet to grow on me.
