New Falken AT tire (A/T3W)

At full lock with my stock wheels + tires, no rub on the body mount. With the new wheels + tires, only the driver side tips the body mount at full lock. Assume a lift and alignment will take care of it or once the tire has seen xx miles, it should not touch.
 
I asked the wife(not a car person) yesterday for her thoughts on the FN FX Pro wheels + P285/70R17s after a few drives. No noticeable volume increase (prob because she's always blasting her music anyways), feels more planted, not any stiffer, and grips better on turns. :party:

I know right! I hate when folks do that. The problem is I don't know how or if you can post pics from iPhone to forum. I'll need to sit at PC to do it. I'm also waiting for the TRD decals to put on center caps. As soon as I get those which should be anyday, I'll go old school and mess with the PC.

I love it. The whole setup combined with the 5100 and KDSS just feel right! I did the TRD Pro fender/liner trim mod to take care of the fwd fender rub. No I've got plenty of space. I'm having a 4x4 shop do the alignment on Friday to get the best out of caster to see if it clears the mud flaps. If not, I'll hear those and push them back to take care of that rub without removing them.
 
Just passed 25k miles on my set of P265's, they are finally starting to show a hint of wear, almost to the first "step" of the tread block. At this rate, they might last forever. They make a little more noise now but perform as new. Survived a very wet hunting season without issue. Discount tire balances them perfectly every time.

I did the install and balancing at Costco. I do have a pretty long strip of counter balance on the inside of the wheel. All in all, I think Costco did good. I took it highway speeds (80+) with no issue.

How has your MPG been for the 25K miles? You are the first one I have seen here with 20K plus miles. Winter is coming and want to put these on vs stock Bridgestone donuts. thanks.

I track every tank with the fuelly app, little to no change.
 
Big thanks to DTD for a great deal on these tires and fast shipping. Getting them mounted tomorrow on TRD wheels. My buddy with the taco has the 265/70/17 wildpeaks with the 17" TRD wheels and they look awesome.

Hey there! I really can't answer as I've done very little driving since putting shocks, wheels and tires on. I'm waiting for my alignment which is scheduled for tomorrow at High Tech Auto in Chantilly. I want to take it to a place that knows 4x4 and lifts. Even then, I only have 500 miles on my 4Runner so I doubt I dove it long enough to really feel what the stock was like. I can tell you it looks awesome and the stance feels really good. I'm in the Sterling area. How about you?
