the Avatar and the location field and all your info used to be over the post.. making pages super long.

now, they are on the side, so you can scroll down a page way quicker,

the text is closer together so you can follow a thread a little easier.

That info box has always been on the left for me...:wtf:

I like this layout...don't really remember the previous version though...

Since we are talking about changes....

On another 'Yota specific site I frequent, the program remembers the last time you viewed a thread. When there is something new posted, a little icon saying "new" is next to the thread count. When you click on that, it brings you to the oldest of the new responses. That way you don't have to go through everything to find where you left off.
If this site has something like that, I have not found it.

That feature is there. Next to the thread title in the sub-forums, there's an icon of a downward pointing chevron, click on that and it should take you to the newest post you haven't read. I think it remembers based on your cookies setting (if your browser's privacy settings are too strict, it doesn't work).

I have noticed though, if I keep leave a browser on T4R.org opened too long, it'll loose its place with the newest unread thread.
