I've always loved Toyotas, my first was a 1979 Corolla hatch back with no A/C. We moved to Yuma my Sophomore year in high school and I rode that thing with pride. Since then I've had 2003 and 2006 Tundras and I just picked up a 1995 3.0 4runner. Marriage and kids had me ditching the Tundras long ago so I wanted to ad something to the 2000 Sienna that the wife has.
I found the runner on CL without any pictures so after talking to the previous owner I made a b line to her place. She accepted a cool $1000 because of it having leaky valve cover gaskets and a power steering leek. It pops out of first gear if I don't hold it in, even after I replaced the ball seat from Marlin Crawlers.
My experience isn't that wide, I plan on making this my 'learning' vehicle and something that I can take up in the hills for hunting. I work as a firefighter/paramedic and love spending time with my 3 kids and my beautiful wife.
Any advice or suggestions is always welcomed.
