Very nice job (Wax). I use black box on my Audi; You really need a nice afternoon to do it right. Looks like you had a nice afternoon! :cool:

Edit...apparently I like the word "Nice". I can live with that.

Getting my hands dirty... hmmm... you really have no idea... I do like getting my hands dirty... I built a chicken coop 2 years ago (from scratch), and put up a 3 rail 5 foot fence this year (about 350 feet of fenceline). I change my own oil, do most of my own maintenance, and if there's something I don't know how to do... I figure it out. Being an active duty Marine for 11 years tends to make you somewhat invincible. ;)

Or at least I have a good excuse for getting my hands dirty.

I had a freaking fantastic day. It was about 65 degrees. And thanks to the giant cedar tree blocking out the sun, I had plenty of shade. I think it looks spectacular! Of course I am a little biased :)

Third, I like NuFinish more than wax. Although I still use wax on occasion, but NuFinish is better for me.

Plus, I say you go girl! You do all the things I do (DIY Maintenance). Your runner looks sexyyyyy.

Oh, and you can get a owners manual from a company called Helm. Their bumper is 800-782-4356. A owners manual for my 03 is $15.95 + S&H.

Out in 08' after 11 years of service put's you in around 07'? We went in almost around the same time then. I went in summer of 08' was originally supposed to ship winter of 07'... Anyways... KILL!!!

Yup.. I went to bootcamp in June of 1997... after 8 days of summer vacation after graduation. Parris Island in the heat of summer was not at all fun... especially for a Ginger who burns easy. But I survived, and went on to the stumps for FROC school, then Oki, Cali, Germany, UAE, and Lejeune. :)

Outstanding! I went in summer of 08', Parris Island! Not ginger or burn prone though, but yeah, it was hot none-the-less.

When were you in Oki. I was there basically all of 99'. What base? I was at Camp Kinser.
 
I spent all of '98 in Oki. I started out on Camp Foster then made the move with 12th Marine Regt to Hansen. I had a great time in Okinawa... from what I can remember anyway ;)
