Hey guys, new guy here, I have a 93 4x4 3.0 180k w/ 4inch lift on 33s. The 4wd wont engage I was told due to an "actuator" anyone have any experience with this and how much it is to replace? Also the bigger issue, it wont shift into OD until its been running for about 20 minutes is this normal? Thanks guys.

You have the Toyota ADD 4WD system. There are 2 Vacuum Switching Valves that move an actuator on the front axle to lock/unlock the front axle for 4WD. Could be a bad VSV, loose vacuum line, bad wiring to VSV.
If you google the add system you'll find plenty info.

Oh yeah, the OD. It is designed not to come on until the engine is up to operating temp.
