Is supply being kept limited on purpose to create some false demand for these wheels? They seem to be very popular and have been for sometime so why are the orders/shipments not being made bigger to accommodate the demand? If your product is selling out in less than 10 min, clearly we can assume two things......you didn't order enough inventory and you have a very popular product.
Guys, I know how incredibly frustrating it is to miss these wheels - here's the secret:
Set up Apple Pay on iphone or mac, I was able to get my 5 Rays in cart and purchased this time within 10seconds. That is how people are snagging the stock so fast.

After 3 months of the SCS lottery, I finally got my Ray10's! I almost gave up after getting my cart robbed the first 2 times.
The inventory actually went live for me 1 minute before 6. There's certainly a level of anxiety. I hope for the sake of everyone who missed out on this run and for future purchases, SCS can create more availability of their product.

Glad you got a set at least, any scs (except f5) is better than no scs imo.

I was prepped and ready to go. Got my F5s bought and paid for within three minutes. And here they are, still for sale 38 minutes into the sale. Still worth the prep to make sure I got them.

Groovy...the SR8'S were right at the top of my wish list with the Ray10's and FN Overlanders. If I couldn't get one of the SCS wheels this time around, I was going with the Overlanders.
Yup! Did something similar. Logged into my PayPal before checking out the site and was able to snag a set. FINALLY!

These sold out in 2 min? This isn't an issue of needing to pay faster. Why doesn't SCS post up and tell us just how many sets were even available to begin with.
How would that have helped? They'll sell out in 2min regardless if you know the qty coming. I'm not defending their system because I know how angry I got when I missed their June Shipment.
However, we don't know hardly anything about their business other than popularity. Maybe their supplier can only produce X qty of wheels a month? If they can do more then maybe Vin can only stock so many...who knows.
Until they expand, if it's even an option then yes it's all about paying faster.

I'm happy landing the SR8 for now. I'm sure I'll snag a set of Ray10s down the road. The F5s was my 3rd choice.
Now I'm debating what brand/size tires to go with.

There are people that want to buy new wheels. Some of them wait a month+ just to try to get a set of these, only to see them sell out in minutes. If these same people knew that there were only 10-12-15 sets (or less) in the "shipment" they wouldn't waste their time waiting and they would buy something else just like I did.
