New leather!

I got some Katskins on my runner! I’m very pumped about it. They look great! If I were to do it again I would have done charcoal where I did black but I’m still very happy!

Looks good. I plan on eventually changing the floor carpet to black. Then get katzkin black front and back seats +/- charcoal inserts

EDIT: Nevermind - I see from their website that they include installation. It's over $1700 in the NJ area, according to the online quote.

I got katskin too. Love them. 180k miles on them with hardly any wear.

I scooped up a set of them pre-owned before I bought my 4Runner. I need to get my butt in gear and dye/replace the carpet and start installing them! Yours look great!

Looks great! I had my drivers side bottom replaced (original was ripped). Looks and feel of new leather is always nice. I have Katskins on my DD (honda) and they are awesome. PITA to do, I got some professional help to do the front seats.
