I really want to get another 4wd vehicle i miss my 00 Tacoma i had a couple years ago, when i sold it i bought a 2004 350z and while i love the car i need something more versatile
Needs:
Small offroad
Get me to shooting areas
Run over things
Fit more then two people (the Z is only 2 seater)
I have been shopping for a 1999-2000 t4r because i wanted the 5speed manual, and like the interior of the newer 3rdgen compared to the 97-98 ones, but im just about to give up on it, i went a drove one yesterday and could not get them off the $10,000 asking price, all other ones are priced even higher and not sure if i should get one since 4thgen is a few grand more, but then i have to get an auto which im not sure i will like
Lots of good reads on this forum, i probably only have about 5hours into reading over the last week but it seems like alot!
Options im dealing with
Get 3rd gen t4r and keep the Z (two vehicles)
Issues: only allowed one parking spot so will have to rent storage unit or rent spot in a parking garage about 2 miles away from home
Get 4th gen t4r and trade in/sell the Z
Issues: may have sports car withdraws and be driving an automatic, maybe a v8 would help with some of the power withdraws
Get a Taco with doublecab and trade/sell the Z
Issues: Kind of want a t4r but love the Taco also
