New to the forum, just picked up a 14 4Runner on Friday, so I'll be following around in the forums looking for practical mods to do to it.
This purchase was a total surprise to me, I traded my beloved Audi A4 sedan in for this truck after taking it for a test drive. Lucked in and it was the only 4runner on the lot, so scooped it up. Barcelona Red, SR5 with third row.
I already have a 21" light bar to install...looking for a nice DIY for removing the bumper? I already know I will be coming off of the cross support, just need to get to it easily.
Also have ventvisors and a bug deflector coming, and weather tech mats ordered.
I am planning on plasti dipping the emblems, just trying to decide if I want to go Black or red.
Only other thing I can think of is getting rid of the roof rack, or pulling it off and painting it black, the silver color just doesn't look to good on a vehicle that doesn't have silver ascents anywhere.
