How much did the toytec kit and installation run you? Just got a quote and want to see if it's accurate. If you don't mind me asking.
 
$1250 for the lift
Installed it myself
I'm down to install yours when your ready
I stopped counting after I installed kit #200 haha

WOW! I would def take you up on that. I'm fairly new to tooling and want to learn as much as I can. If you are serious, I'll make the trip up. Do you have a parts list so I can pick everything up or does it all come as a package from the company?
 
It all comes in a lot from toytec
Just go into the complete kit option on the website
And yeah I'm always down to help install
I just did a 2014 4Runner with KDSS last sat for a member on here

Do you work as a mechanic or do you just enjoy helping people make their 4runners more badass?
 
You could always do the old man emu
Or you can piece together something
But ome rides hella nice
I mean could always go icon but if your just trying to get a lift more for looks
I'd look into the bilstien adjustable struts on ome springs
That's what I just did on the 2014 it drove awesome
 
There is many options just do some shopping around and price things out
You can. Always search on here also
Many guys have done multiple set ups and have made write ups on how they ride and what they do and don't like

I'll look through the threads. Considering that I'm not doing rock crawling, just some off roading do you think I could use spacers, or should I go with a suspension lift?

I wouldn't do spacers I mean they're cost effective but since you got an 06 it's probably time to replace those struts and shocks anyway.
I think your best option is going to be the bilstien adjustable struts for the front and shocks for the rear, with some ome springs in the rear for a small lift and quality ride.
