If I get my shocks & Springs in time, I'd love to join if there's room in the drive. I have some basic tools, but don't know how to install anything.

We might need to get to yours after the lifts are done, but I don't see why not.

I'm planning to make this an all day thing starting from the morning, so bring your truck on down.

If we all want to confirm the date Aug 27, please let me know.

Also, bring all the tools you wish. We will be doing multiple projects at once and I only have the tools to complete one at a time. Jacks and jack stands are helpful, too. I have one large floor jack and 2 available jack stands.

Seems like an awesome day, but I'm heading up to Nor Cal to help out my parents move that weekend. My lift will have to wait! Can't wait to see the supercharger in action.

Hey guys, I'm brand new to the forum here and the area...I recently relocated back to So. Cal. from Mid-Missouri. I've been reading all of the posts regarding the susp. lift install and would really like to spectate/help out where possible. The last susp. lift I put in was on a Z71 Chevy several years ago but I was contemplating installing a susp. lift on my 05 T4R Sport. If it's ok with the host and the rest of you to show up that day, let me know! Definitely wouldn't mind bringing some victory beers for after the install(s) are complete...Thanks!!

I am fine with hosting this day if the others still want to come. Lifts aren't difficult to install.

My supercharger is at Magnuson right now and has an expected completion date of next Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Then, I will order my studs and gaskets to do the install.

I would prefer driffter33 to be there during my supercharger install due to his experience and wisdom, so I may not be installing the blower unless I have other people of similar mechanical ability.

Jay, is there another day that you will be available, so we can do the supercharger installation? We might just end up installing lifts that day, but maybe I can make a day over at your place installing the S/C. Please let me know, I'll take work off if I have to.

4th gens are pretty simple. done quite a few here in my garage in about 4-6hrs for all 4 wheels, depending on what you want to do and your current set up as well.

James- if you dont want to take off the 27th (since youre not installing the sc), i can come monday or tuesday to your house however I dont know how many other guys can make those times. my schedule is some what flexible.

I can't even begin to tell you how busy I've been lately. Working every day and school starting Monday, sure is gonna be tough.

The supercharger is being installed tomorrow at driffter33's house. We're starting super early so I can still make it to work.

I would still love to help you guys lift all your 4Runners, but I can't do the 27th anymore because I couldn't get work off (hence why I am installing it tomorrow).

My class schedule on Tuesday is 9AM-10:15AM only, so I'm back at home by 10:30 AM with the whole day free. If you can do a Tuesday, that would be the best choice for me. I have classes all throughout Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Friday through Sunday is work 10AM-10PM.

If we can make that work, then I'll be happy to help you guys out.




Please do not hesitate to install your lifts if you get a better chance, but this is my current situation.

OK so I am taking your last post as the lift party for the 27th is cancelled. I will plan on attending the Easy run on the 27th then.
