Good morning all, switching over to another dark side, picked up a 2014 Trail Edition this weekend. And now, another Toyota adventure starts. This makes the 7th Toyota 4X4 I have owned.
It started back in 1993 with an 1986 SR5 Xtra Cab truck, 5 Spd and 22RE. Put over 130k miles on it before it was stolen with 286k on the clock.
Moved on to a 97 Taco, then the bug hit. Picked up an 81 Long Bed Hilux, 22R and 4 speed. Went through several variations before ending with a 5 Spd, dual Marlins, high steer, All Pro springs front and rear, flat bed, blood sweat and several scars.
Of course, needed more, so got a 92 Extra Cab Hilux with the 3.Slow, swapped in an 80 series front axle with OTT high steer, 5.29's and ARB, Taco rear 8.8" axle with ARB, dual Marlins, Alcan orbit eye springs front and Chevy 63" rear.

Then had a 99 Taco for daily driving. Had got rid of them all for a while before I couldn't handle it, then the 97 FZJ-80, 3X locked ended up in the driveway. Didn't do too muck to it, but it went everywhere. Recently sold that and now, here I am, about to modify a perfectly good truck......just don't tell the wife how much this hobby truly costs!!! Here's the latest one;
