First of all now that I've joined up I want to thank everyone for some great info when I hit "the Google" for needed advice on my 97 ..... it's always been here that I found solid info and enthusiastic T4R people. So ...... I'm back to replacing my rear shocks and would like to find the best brand/model that will give a nice smooth ride around suburbia and the wilds of I-95....nuthin' fancy just quality and a nice ride. Also, any tips on making that top nut easier to get loose and off?!!!

Reciprocating saw , cut shock as high as you can and pull thru the top.
