Hello all, one year owner of 4runner and starting to get the itch to modify, luckily I'm married with three kids and broke so I can't do anything too stupid.
Vehicle, 2004 V8 with auto 4wd. I kinda think a manual 4x4 would be better but she has done well in some mild situations that required low. I'm not a fan of the brakes, they got really hot on a long downhill gravel road and I have a minor rattle in the front end. I thought it was the skid plates so I removed them and used a piece of cardboard as a spacer and torqued the skid plates back on, didn't fix the rattle.
Anyway, hello all from Colorado Springs
