Welcome to the site! Looks like you have quite the 4th gen collection in your driveway. I'm not in SF but we go up that way occasionally. If you're down in the Grants area give me a shout. Here's my 4runners.

Cool also let me know if you're in the Santa Fe area. The red 4Runner and silver sport edition belong to me. The other one actually belongs to my mom. I had a 3/2 spacer lift installed on hers for mothers day also. And I gave her some rims. All three of them have the V8. Your 4Runners are bad ass. I want a metal bumper too! The white one looks really tough.

I finally had enough of a break yesterday to take a quick trip up Mt. Taylor. No hardcore wheeling but more of a trip to get away for a few hours.

More backroad cruising and came across this bridge in western NM. Not exactly sure when it was constructed but this road was at one time as sort of an "underground " route between a couple uranium mines and mills. The road was almost completely on private property so the police didn't have jurisdiction on it so the trucks could run as much weight as they dared to, even pulling double full length overweight trailers. The uranium days are long gone but the road and this bridge remain, connecting the middle of nowhere to just east of Prewitt, NM and I-40. The bridge is completely metal including the roadway which pops and creaks as you drive across, much like walking on all metal scaffolding.

A picture my grandpa took when we went off-roading in Pecos,New Mexico. We went to some awesome spots and had such a good time, that neither one of us thought to take any pictures till we were on the way back! He took this one picture a few miles before we got back to town.

Welcome! I'm in Grants, there's lots of places to go wheeling between here and there!

Went back to Pecos, New Mexico on Saturday. Took a few poser pictures, I wish I had a good camera and good camera man. I've just been using my cell phone lol. I took like 20 pictures and only a few came out decent. I can't wait to upgrade my lift but, the spacers are doing their job for now.

LOUD 4-RUNNER , you should upgrade your tail lights!

Not my ad or parts, but I saw these on c-list. That is a pretty good deal for OEM lights.. usually about 125 each.

Thanks for looking out. I agree that's a good deal for 06-09 OEM taillights. I was actually thinking of smoking or blacking out my OEM lights first and then aftermarket if I don't like the results.

The updated factory LED tails would look much better than both options, IMO.

If I find myself in SF for some reason, I might buy these and flip them on the forum classifieds for $150.

So, how do you like those tires so far? I like how they look.
So far I really like them. They're a little loud in the city and surprisingly they seem to quiet down on the freeway. They kick ass in the mud and rocks. I was worried it would be a rough ride with them being 10 ply but it's smooth. And they have a 40,000 mile warranty.
