New Prinsu Rack No-Drill Option

If anyone is needing 2 extra crossbars I have them. Ordered 2 extra's and ended up not needing them. They were $28 each. I'd sell them for $25 each + shipping.

May I ask why the change? Just want something new, that's all? How long have you had the Ecotechne? Any pics? Also, any rust as some have reported? How many trays/crossbars do you have on? Sorry for all the questions lol!

Yes, mount some ~3/4'' rubber feet to the front mounting holes and bolt up to existing holes at middle/rear.

DORO...I am looking at buying some expanded metal/plastic for a "floor" for my 3/4 Length...I can tell you that measurement is ~ 47" X 58" (I know that's not precise...its all I got with me)

Thanks for the info. Is it possible to get more crossbars and make even flat surface? Or there is no place to mount additional bars?

There are many slots for additional cross bars, which are more than ample for cargo/tie downs...but you'd need some actual flooring for a solid surface

No purchase as of yet, I think the expanded aluminum would be the best bet...several websites will cut and deliver....haven't pulled the trigger

I was thinking about this as well. I would think you could fabricate something like a solid rubber block to secure the rack to and use some mounting tape to fix it to the roof?

Anybody come up with some DIY fasteners that will work as securement devices on a Prinsu? I’m sure there is a cheaper way than the $10 sets of eye bolts they sell on their site.

You might try looking for some non stainless steel 1/4-20 eye nuts. They should be cheaper. Personally, I ordered a set of 5 stainless eye nuts for just over $9 and went to Home Depot and bought the carriage bolts for them.
