Has anyone out there installed the Astrium system with Navteq nav? Thinking about an upgrade and wanted some recommendations.

I haven't, and am not familiar with the Astrium brand. I Googled them and saw they're a Canadian company, founded in 2008, whose manufacturing facilities are in China. None of that is necessarily bad, but I'd want to see and hear their product before shelling out nearly a grand on one of them.

Austrium GEE-1715

I have a 2011 4runner, I installed the radio about 6 months ago. Great radio, easy to install and looks factory. I have hooked up a back up camera and works great. Steering wheel controls work, Bluetooth works, USB works great. The only problem I have is I just installed the optional TPMS and can not get it work yet. Sent email to customer service but haven't heard back yet due to the holidays. I like using USB to put all my songs on, they sound great off disk.
