New rubber size questions.

Hi guys, will this cause any major issues ?!?!

Do I have to re-gear, will I need major cutting in the front ? I have Duratracs 285-70R17 and would like to go bigger with BF KO'2.

Oh I will also have to look at rims so let me know what style/model you guys like. I was thinking some normal all out black rims, like theses for example
