New savage Offroad rear bumper

Just got back from 3 weeks of work and the Savage Offroad rear bumper I order last fall has arrived. Unwrapped it and promptly dropped it off at the local powder coating shop. Should be ready for pick up by the end of the week. Can't wait to get it on my runner.

That is a bit different look than the pics on the website. Did you make some changes when you ordered?

That is a full tube bumper. That is not the new hybrid he has created. Not sure why this was posted in here since it does not reference the new design.

I ordered mine on Dec. 25. Still waiting. At least he got my front one done. I talked to him last week and he said probably a couple more weeks. I'm 7th in line.

The waiting is giving me time to build my roof rack. Then everything can get powdercoated at the same time and save me some money.

I wouldn't powder coat. This happened 2 days after putting it on. Easy fix since it's spray painted.

My birthday was yesterday so I went ahead and placed an order for my self as a bday gift.... Front hybrid bumper with winch plate, and rear swingout bumper .

Hopefully I'm healthy and back on my feet before I receive the bumpers, currently sitting at home with broken neck.....

It'd be nice to know what we're looking at for a build delay. Another couple weeks? A month? A couple months?

I like the new Savage hybrid bumper, but I like the tube bumper better! If anyone wants to sell their Savage rear tube bumper to fund a purchase of the hybrid, let me know, as I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Took screenshots of PC. It's not my truck, it's straight of savage website. What do you guys think ? It seems like the hinge he isusing Heim joints, everything looks to be bolt on. Which is easy to fix if something wears out through time. It looks very light. I'm not so sure about the whole tire carrier. It looks little to plain. But then again, who knows if this is the final product. I hope it is strong! I'm planning on having a 285/75/16 at2 on it. So hopefully it won't flex around. What are you opinions guys ?

You can always check the website! But if I remember correctly I believe it's 90lbs , not sure if that's with carrier or without. Probably with it. Judging by how the bumper looks, because it looks very light
